The CABA 6000 A which belongs to series Positive Pressure Type Integrates Advanced Ergonomic Design and a variety of configuration options which not only minimizes the weight but also maximizes the freedom of movement and wearing comfort and fully protects life safety. The height of the back plate can be adjusted freely accordingly to the users height. The waist support design can rotate the waist support to move up, down, left and right, improving the freedom of movement and the comfort of the shoulder. The widened belt design is soft and light, protecting the waist muscles from injury.

The Back plate is ergonomically designed according to the curve of a human spine, that is multi-point height adjustable which is comfortable, flame retardant and high in strength. Curved design on both sides, tight fitting waist, fully wrapped design, enhance weight distribution and comfort. The top portable design is convenient for carrying and companion rescue.

The Breathing Apparatus set is approved to IS 10245 (Part 2) : 2023 Class 2 & The mask is approved to Is14166 : 2024 Class 3, Cylinder with valve are PESO approved.

Both offer premium comfort with a smooth-breathing EPDM mouth-nose mask for an airtight seal, while the PP model adds ambient brightness awareness and integrated mask communication.
• Mechanical cum Digital Pressure Gauge with DSU (Model: DPG-01X): This easy-to-use gauge provides dual analog and digital readouts for cylinder pressure and "Time to Whistle." It integrates a Distress Signal Unit (DSU) and Auto DSU that automatically detects a lack of wearer movement, triggering visual and high-decibel (102 dB) acoustic warnings, alongside manual distress activation options.
• High-Performance Lung Demand Valve (LDV): Featuring a snap-on, single-handed connection, the LDV delivers a consistent flow (opening pressure 1-5 mbar, 2500 LPM output) for smooth positive pressure. Safety controls include a throttle switch for standby gas cutoff and an emergency relief valve for forced air supply and gas release.
• Cylinder Configurations: Available options include a 6L x 300 Bar steel cylinder, 6.8L or 9L aluminium-lined lightweight carbon composite cylinders, and a 6.8L PET-lined carbon composite cylinder. All sets include a heavy-duty carrying case for secure transport and storage.
