The CABA 6000 Series Positive Pressure Type integrates advanced ergonomic design with multiple configuration options to minimize weight, maximize freedom of movement, enhance wearing comfort, and provide reliable respiratory protection. The waist support design allows movement in multiple directions, improving flexibility and reducing strain during prolonged use. The widened belt design is soft and lightweight, helping protect waist muscles from injury.

The back plate is ergonomically designed to match the natural curve of the human spine, offering superior comfort, flame resistance, and high strength. The curved side profile and fully wrapped waist design improve weight distribution and overall comfort. The back plate height can be adjusted according to the user's height, while the top carry handle facilitates transportation and emergency rescue operations.

Salient Features

Back Plate and Body Harness: Multipoint height-adjustable backplate made from non-metallic, antistatic, impact-, chemical-, and fire-resistant materials. Orthopedically designed and manufactured in conformity with IS 10245 (Part 2):2023, Class 2 standards. Water-resistant, non-conductive, anti-static, chemical- and impact-resistant, with resistance to temperature and flammability as per IS 10245 (Part 2):2023, Class 2.
Integrated Hose Channels & Sliding Swivelling Waist Belt: Integrated hose channels provide streamlined hose management, while the sliding swivelling waist belt enhances mobility and user comfort.
Quick Fit Cylinder Connection (Optional): Quick and easy cylinder mounting system that reduces cylinder replacement time during emergency use.
Quick Fill Connection (Optional): Enables rapid refilling of the cylinder from an external air source without removing the cylinder from the apparatus.
Advance Protection Full Face Plug-in Mask: Heat-, scratch-, and impact-resistant visor with a minimum Visual Field Score (VFS) of 98, as per Clause 5.16.3.1 of IS 14166:2024.
Lung Demand Valve (LDV): Opening pressure of 1–5 mbar, output of 400 LPM, and maintains positive pressure.
Pressure Relief Valve: Opening pressure of 11–14 bar.
Pressure Reducer Flow: Delivers 1000 LPM at 300 bar and 500 LPM at 20 bar.
Sound Level: ≥ 90 dB at 1 meter.
Gauge Line Flow: Less than 25 LPM at 300/200 bar.
Warning Whistle: Activates at 60–50 bar with air loss less than 5 LPM.
Cylinder: Lightweight carbon composite cylinder with aluminium liner or PET liner (6.8 L & 9 L × 300 bar capacity).

Cylinder Certification: EN 12245 / ISO 11119.
