The JLD Modular Airline Trolley is a durable, ISI-certified respiratory system engineered for hazardous environments where oxygen levels are unreliable. Designed to support one or two users for up to 4.5 hours, it provides a continuous and fail-safe supply of breathing air. The system routes air from high-pressure cylinders through a medium-pressure hose to a Lung Demand Valve (LDV) and full-face mask. By keeping the heavy air cylinders mounted on the transportable trolley, users experience zero weight and bulk while working. Ideal for confined-space applications such as sewer entry, tank cleaning, spray painting, and industrial maintenance, the system comes with a standard 50-meter hose extendable up to 100 meters, dual safety alarms, and seamless cylinder replacement for uninterrupted operation.

Modular & Highly Adaptable: Easily configurable for one or two users with options for 2 or 4 high-pressure cylinders to meet varying operational requirements.
Extended Reach & Duration: Supplied with a standard 50-meter breathing air hose, extendable up to 100 meters. Supports operating durations from 1 to 4.5 hours.
Fail-Safe Pneumatics: The first-stage pressure reducer delivers a high flow rate of over 600–1000 LPM and is designed to fail in safe mode, ensuring an uninterrupted air supply to the Lung Demand Valve (LDV).
Uninterrupted Operation: Allows seamless replacement of exhausted cylinders without interrupting airflow from active cylinders. Includes provision for plant air intake.
Dual Warning Alarms: Features a high-pressure whistle on the trolley (activates at approximately 55 bar) and a medium-pressure audible alarm at the wearer's end (activates between 3–5 bar) to indicate the end of the main air supply.
Zero User Burden: Eliminates the weight and bulk of carrying cylinders. A flame-retardant belt harness securely supports the breathing tube, allowing unrestricted head movement and enhanced user comfort.
Robust Trolley Design: Heavy-duty welded construction available in corrosion-resistant, anti-static coated Mild Steel or SS304 stainless steel. Equipped with four wheels and a built-in hose reel with winding handle and brake to prevent accidental hose uncoiling.
Heavy-Duty Fire-Retardant Hose: R6 flexible, anti-static, and non-kinking air supply hose capable of withstanding temperatures up to 130°C or boiling water exposure for 15 minutes, with a burst pressure exceeding 50 bar.
Advanced Face Mask & LDV: First-breath-activated positive pressure Lung Demand Valve (LDV) with tilt valve or balanced piston options, paired with the Protect 2005 full-face mask featuring double sealing flaps, a 5-point harness, a wide-view polycarbonate visor, speech diaphragm, and self-demisting design.
Integrated Monitoring: Includes a luminescent high-pressure gauge for continuous cylinder pressure indication and a medium-pressure gauge for monitoring supplied air pressure.
