The Modular Airline Trolley is a durable, ISI-certified respiratory system designed for hazardous environments with unreliable oxygen levels. Capable of supporting one or two users for up to 4.5 hours, it provides a continuous and fail-safe supply of breathing air. The system works by routing air from high-pressure cylinders through a medium-pressure hose to a Lung Demand Valve (LDV) and full-face mask. Because the heavy air reservoirs are kept on the transportable trolley, the wearer experiences zero weight and bulk. Ideal for confined-space tasks like sewer entry, tank cleaning, and spray painting, it comes with a standard 50-meter hose that can be extended to 100 meters, dual safety alarms, and seamless cylinder replacement.

Modular & Highly Adaptable: Easily modulated for 1 or 2 users and configuration of 2 or 4 high-pressure cylinders.
Extended Reach & Duration: Standard 50m air supply hose is extendable up to 100 meters. Supports long usage durations ranging from 1 to 4.5 hours (carbon fiber composite cylinders recommended for 4-cylinder setups).
Fail-Safe Pneumatics: The first-stage pressure reducer delivers a high flow rate (>600 to 1000 LPM) and is designed to fail in "safe mode," guaranteeing uninterrupted air supply to the Lung Demand Valve (LDV) at all times.
Uninterrupted Operation: Pneumatics and cylinder interconnections allow for the seamless replacement of an exhausted cylinder without disrupting the airflow from the active cylinders. Includes provision for plant air intake.
Dual Warning Alarms: Equipped with a high-pressure whistle on the trolley (activates at approx. 55 bar) and a medium-pressure audible alarm at the wearer’s end (activates at 3–5 bar) to indicate the end of the main supply.
Zero User Burden: Eliminates the weight and bulk of carrying cylinders. A specialized flame-retardant belt harness secures the breathing tube, preventing it from pulling on the face mask and allowing completely free head movement.
Robust Trolley Design: Welded construction available in corrosion-proof, anti-static coated Mild Steel or SS304. Features two wheels and a built-in hose reel with a handle and brake to prevent inadvertent uncoiling.
Heavy-Duty Fire-Retardant Hose: R6 flexible, non-kinking, and anti-static supply hose. Extremely durable external material withstands direct contact with high temperatures up to 130°C or boiling water for 15 minutes, with a burst pressure exceeding 50 bar.
Advanced Face Mask & LDV: First-breath-activated positive pressure LDV (tilt valve or balanced piston options) pairs with the Protect 2000 full-face mask. The mask features double sealing flaps, a 5-point harness, a wide-view PC visor, a speech diaphragm, and self-demisting capabilities.
Integrated Monitoring: Features a luminescent high-pressure gauge for continuous cylinder pressure indication and a medium-pressure gauge for supplied air pressure.
